A cloud with its shoelaces untied Stopped To tie them. Bent down And down And down Lower and lower. Keeled over. A single tear fell out and then a rushing torrent. Putting his face up to the rain, A little boy looked at the interminable sky of blacks and grays His untied shoelaces hung by a noose into a cold rainwater puddle by his feet. He looked down to his shoes. I'm wondering why Words will not play under my hands Like dancing puppets tied by silk threads to my fingertips. Why The black-ink borders is an inexorable tsunami Blocking my every attempt to swim farther and farther. I stared up at the grand mirror, scared by just how intimidating it was. Carved along the top of the rectangular mirror were pretty, looping spirals of wood that made me dizzy after looking at it so long. Reflections of a Family I She saw Mommy sad for the first time today. Little Sophia was surrounded by wooden alphabet-blocks on the carpet, stacking them into an Eiffel Tower shape in the living room. Ostensibly, Mommy silently watched over her on the couch but her eyes were blank and her mind preoccupied with other thoughts. I will mostly upload poetry and drawings whenever I'm not busy with violin, homework(it haunts me forever~), and daydreaming...

Looking Back

I ended up never getting the three $20 gift cards that I won for the writing competitions in CWC. (T.T And I was planning to use it as gifts for my parent's birthdays...) The club is pretty obscure so there wasn't a budget for it at the time. But at least now, I'm co-president of the club!!!!

Sorry I was absent for the past week or so because I was just being so lethargic and then I actually went to Lake Tahoe for the past week. OMQ I LOVE SNOWBOARDING!!!!!!!!!!!
